Belgy Londono joined The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry in 2018 and was promoted to Associate in 2022. Belgy has overseen a broad range of projects from conceptual lighting design through installation in the entertainment, academic, commercial, corporate, religious, hospitality, and restaurant sectors. She works with clients to create a memorable lighting experience within a space – one that meets the planned budget.
Belgy views lighting as dynamic, magical, flexible, beautiful, functional, and fun – something that can set the tone and mood in a space. This is especially true in restaurant and hospitality environments, where lighting brings comfort, beauty, style, and a great vibe to a space.
Belgy earned her Master of Architecture from Parsons School of Design in New York City and her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Florida.
